Wellness University is a 12-month continuing education program for the community designed to provide all the information and resources you and your family needs to grow your health over the next year. Each month a new topic is taught and subjects include:

• immunity
• stress management
• thinking well
• the secret killer and lifestyle diseases

Program begins Thursday, January 26 from 6:00 – 7:15PM and runs approximately every fourth Thursday of the month (please see class schedule for specific dates). You can begin at any time -
